When my life was unbearable, I went to see a homeopath who helped me open the can of worms, which up until then controlled my way of life. After which I became an emotional wreck as my hard exterior failed me, I had a tidal wave of grief to experience before me, it took years to get up to date with all the things I had buried but the new direction my life took left me more space to be my old self again, I started to like me, even to love myself for the first time.
